Jakarta, 24 February 2016. Bank ICBC Indonesia provided a bilateral loan worth IDR400 billion for PT PP Properti Tbk. The loan will be used to finance the development properties projects, among other, finance for Tower Barclay development in Grand Kamala Lagoon in the form of investment loan worth IDR300 billion, and capital loan worth IDR100 billion.
The signing ceremony of bilateral loan was held in Jakarta, attended by, among others Director of PP Properti Mr, Indaryanto, Presiden Director of Bank ICBC Indonesia Mr. Shen Xiaoqi, Director of Bank ICBC Indonesia Rolyta Manullang, as well as management members of both companies.
